The generous people over at Groupon sent me a Gift Voucher to treat myself to anything from their large array of products/services available on their highly addictive website.
After an enjoyable time searching, I was excited to find a product called “Shake ‘n Take”, which is a genius invention for making shakes/smoothies to enjoy on the run. You simply blend your favorite combination of shake/smoothie ingredients, and the removable blender doubles as a sports bottle – perfect for enjoying your smoothie on the go. And – if you’re anything like me, you’ll also love the idea of LESS washing up at the end of the day!
So, I went ahead and ordered myself not one, but two of them, perfect for making smoothies for both of the kids (and maybe me too sometimes!)
I found the ordering and delivery process to be seamless and before I knew it I was experimenting with some new smoothie flavors for the boys. (and enjoying some old favorites too!)
This smoothie has been enjoyed by both adults and kids – an indulgent drizzle of maple syrup is simply bliss to me – hence the name of the smoothie is “Blueberry Bliss.”
Blueberry Bliss Smoothie
2/3 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Plain Natural Yoghurt
1/2 Cup Blueberries
1/2 to 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
1. Place all ingredients into your blender or Shake ‘n Take.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Drink & Enjoy!
