It’s been a while since I made a Muffin Tin Meal for the kids, so I whipped together this Breakfast Muffin Tin Meal with some of their breakfast favorites. If you’re new to the concept – a Muffin Tin Meal is basically a fun way to present food to kids – a meal in a muffin tin.The bite sized portions and colorful muffin cups make the meal appealing to kids, and you may even find that they sample foods they wouldn’t usually try.
This Grain Free Breakfast Muffin Tin Meal Includes:
- Pumpkin Scrambled Eggs (from Veggie Scrambled Eggs – 6 Ways)
- Peach Slices
- Almonds which have been soaked and dehydrated in a low oven
This is a typical breakfast of late in our house – fruit, nuts and scrambled eggs or pancakes.
I’m always on the lookout for more Grain Free Breakfast Ideas and have been incredibly inspired by the book “Awaken: 30+ Egg Free and Grain Free Breakfasts”.
There are seriously so many irresistible recipes I can’t wait to try, from meats, to savoury to sweets there’s something for every breakfast mood. Considering I’ve been relying so much on eggs for breakfast lately, it’s fantastic to have so many non-egg breakfast options. In particular, I’m looking forward to trying the Chocolate Smoothie and making the Cinnamon Cereal for the kids.
