Apple and Sultana Loaf Recipe

Apple Sultana Loaf Recipe

If you Follow Me On Facebook then you’ll be aware that in the past week I acquired my first DSLR Camera – I went for the Canon Rebel. I’ve been hesitant to take the leap, and I decided that it was finally time to be brave and upgrade from my much loved Olympus Digital Camera to the world of DSLR Cameras. I’ve spent the week taking photos of my meals, the kids have posed for a fair few photos and I’ve also taken countless photos of my cat!

This Apple and Sultana Loaf Recipe is the first recipe with photos from the new camera – I’m still learning but am pleased with the outcome! I now don’t know why I waited so long!

I’ve made this Apple and Sultana Loaf a few times in the past week. The whole family have been enjoying it and keep asking me to make it again and again – probably because it is deliciously moist and sweet… though I must admit that it isn’t too pretty to look at!

The batter for this apple and sultana loaf is really thick, I place the batter into the loaf tin and then pat it down with my hands to smooth it out. I try and ensure that the apple pieces and sultanas are distributed evenly through the loaf so that each piece (and each child!) has an equal volume of sweet treats.
