Real Food Recipes I’ve Pinned This Week

This week I have a new segment for you. As I was away on the Food Bloggers Conference earlier in the week and it’s taken me a bit more effort than usual to get back into the swing of cooking (ironic after a food bloggers conference… don’t ya think?!), instead I’ve been pinning real food recipes like crazy that I plan to cook in the coming week.

Here are the recipes I’m most looking forward to making for the family. Click on the link or photo to be taken to the full recipe:

Gingerbread Pancakes with Sauteed Pears from Live Simply – these would be PERFECT for a lazy weekend breakfast. I’m a sucker for all things ginger, so I can’t wait to give these a try.

Almond Flour Paleo Bread from Health Extremist – while we’re no longer grain free, I still strive to make as many of our meals grain free as possible. This bread will make a great sourdough substitute!

3 Ingredient Paleo Naan Bread from My Heart Beets – we adore naan bread so it will be interesting to try this grain free version – looks delish, don’t you think?

Salmon Jerky from Gutsy – I’m always looking for more ways to incorporate fish/seafood into our diet and this jerky looks to be a winner! I’m sure the whole family will adore it.

Now… onto the sweet treats… regular readers will know I LOVE my sweets… I share more sweet recipes on my blog than savory, so it’s not a wonder that I’ve pinned more sweets than savories this week…

Honeyed Nut & Seed Brittle from Nourish With Karen – in addition to being a sweet treat, this would also make the perfect healthy kids snack!

The Ultimate Gluten Free & Vegan Pumpkin Pie from Meg’s Vegucation – this pie looks simply perfect! Gooey and I just can’t wait to give that pie crust a try too!

Gluten Free Fudgy Brownies from Real Food Girl Unmodified – as if I need an excuse or reason to make brownies… these will definitely be the next brownie recipe I make!

Homemade Caramel Popcorn from Rethink Simple – I LOVE LOVE LOVE Caramel Popcorn and so I see a batch of this yummy treat happening this weekend… maybe I’ll even share some with the kids!

I’ve also delved into my archives through the week to be re-inspired and cook an old favorite. This week it’s this Raw Macadamia & Coconut Fudge. I’m going to be making it for the family over the weekend and can’t wait to enjoy the delicious-ness once again!
