Overnight Oats with Strawberries and Chia Seeds

Recently I began experimenting with Overnight Oats and I have to tell you that my breakfasts have been transformed! This was my first taste of Overnight Oats With Strawberries And Chia Seeds.

I’ve read about and oggled over Overnight Oats for ages and I don’t quite know WHY it took me SO long to actually make my first nourishing breakfast bowlful and I’m now kicking myself that I didn’t start sooner!

I love that you can really tailor overnight oats to your tastes and get creative with different colours and flavour combinations – it really is a feast for the senses when you create a beautiful breakfast bowl.

Texturally its’ really nice to have something crunchy to eat along with your overnight oats and I just love granola with mine. You could top yours with nuts, seeds or another crunchy topping of choice.

This recipe makes one adult portion. For the kids I simply halve all the ingredient quantities and they can’t get enough of it!
