I ADORE cheesecakes of all descriptions and this Strawberry Cheesecake Mousse is no exception. It’s so easy to make, deliciously yummy plus it’s no bake, making this a cheesecake marvel!

It’s an easy way to enjoy the flavour of a cheesecake without making one from scratch, and leaving it crust-less means that there are endless opportunities when it comes to the crunch factor!

Strawberry Cheesecake Mousse

  • 250g Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 250g Strawberries, cleaned and finely chopped
  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Beat in the maple syrup and vanilla.
  3. Beat or fold in the strawberries.
  4. Move the mousse to a decorative bowl and refrigerate for a few hours to set.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
