When you’re shopping for Low Carb, Keto Diet staples in bulk, you can’t go past Costco for plenty of great options for ketogenic diet friendly items.

It’s worth considering signing up for a costco membership as a great way to stock up on some of the best keto foods all in one place.

As you’ll see in the below video my top picks at the grocery store included Coconut Oil, Avocado Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar. All which I bought massive quantities of which will last me AGES.

Here’s a full shopping list of keto items to look out for next time you’re at Costco that are low in carbs and high in healthy fats:

Nuts, Seeds & Nut Butters – so many nutty options from flavored varieties, almond butter, peanut butter and almond flour to keto snacks sized portions of macadamia nuts, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts, chia seeds and sesame seeds that are all low in carbs and high in grams of protein.

Snack foods – read ingredients and check the grams of net carbs carefully. Depending on your Costco, you may discover some Low Carb gems in the snack food section at a great price such as protein bars, keto bagels, low carb diet ice cream and keto bread.

Oils – Coconut oil, Avocado oil, Olive oil – bulk finds of your favorite cooking and salad dressing oils.

Dressings & Condiments – mayonnaise, ranch dressing, spices and vinegars.

Fish – fresh, frozen and canned varieties of low carb friendly fish and seafood.

Dairy Products – SO much choice and bulk packages of dairy low carb staples such as cheddar cheese, feta cheese, parmesan cheese, brie, cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, sour cream, string cheese and butter.

Non Dairy Milk – you’ll find unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk and other options, in bulk.

Vegetables – for example broccoli, cauliflower or cauliflower rice, spinach, green beans and mushrooms as well as other low-carb diet vegetables. You can pick up fresh veggies and also check the frozen section for bulk frozen veggies.
