Sauteed Brussels Sprouts Recipe

I stumbled on the recipe for Brussels in a Hustle on Jamie Oliver’s website and I was intrigued by the flavour combination.

So, I just had to give the recipe a go – adapting to suit my tastes and to make it as low carb, keto friendly as possible.

The results? Probably one of my favourite brussels sprouts recipes. Ever! The flavours just work sooooo well together and no matter how much you make, it’s never enough – you’ll want MORE!

Sauteed Brussels Sprouts Recipe - Easy Low Carb Keto Friendly Fried Brussels Sprouts. Adapted from a Jamie Oliver Recipe and makes a healthy gluten free Thanksgiving side dish.

Sauteed Brussels Sprouts Recipe

  • 1/4 Red Onion, Peeled Chopped
  • 3-4 Garlic Cloves, Peeled and Chopped
  • 2-3 Sage Leaves, Chopped
  • 500g/1.1lbs Brussels Sprouts, finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Tamari
  • Butter or coconut oil, for frying
  1. Heat butter or coconut oil in a large frying pan.
  2. When hot, add the onion, garlic and sage.
  3. Cook over medium heat until reduced, fragrant and the onion is translucent.
  4. Add the brussels sprouts and tamari.
  5. Heat until reduced and cooked to your liking.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Red Onion, Peeled Chopped
