Steak and Eggs Breakfast

I’ve been dabbling with intermittent fasting lately, having a large brunch meal and then snacks through the rest of the day and maybe a small dinner too.

A steak and eggs breakfast is the perfect massive meal following a 16+ hour intermittent fast. Or, this would make a wonderful post workout or even weekend breakfast.

To make the breakfast, I started off by cooking up a portion of mushrooms in heaps of butter until they were done to my liking. Meanwhile, take the steak out of the fridge to come up to room temperature.

Once the mushrooms are cooked, remove them from the frying pan and add in the steak, along with more butter. Cook for 5 minutes a side or to your liking.

Remove the steak from the pan to rest for a few minutes and heat more butter in the frying pan and cook your eggs to your liking. While the eggs were cooking I also added in a portion of leftover mashed potatoes which are hiding under my eggs.

Put all the elements together on your plate for a MASSIVE Keto Steak and Eggs Breakfast Fry Up.
