A Week Of Breakfast Ideas

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, which is why my blog is so full of breakfast ideas!

I thought I’d share a week of breakfast ideas, from my favorite breakfast recipes I’ve shared to date.

1. Banana & Coconut Bread – there’s nothing quite like homemade banana bread for breakfast! My family absolutely adore this delicious banana bread and I’m sure yours will too!

2. Coconut Quinoa Porridge – a nourishing porridge version that my kids absolutely adore… especially when there are sweet cranberries mixed through their bowl!

3. Homemade Mango Yoghurt – store bought fruit yoghurt is often full of artificial sweetners and ingredients, and this homemade mango yoghurt recipe is natural and sweet and the kids adore it!


4. Veggie Scrambled  Eggs – 6 Ways – why not start the day with a portion of vegetables!

5. Banana Bread French Toast – for those times when you want the flavor of banana bread without having to actually make banana bread from scratch! (If you do, check #1 above for a delicious banana bread recipe!)

6. Grain Free Berry Pancakes – these are an indulgent breakfast treat which incorporates a host of nourishing ingredients. They are from my upcoming grain free pancakes eBook. (due for release soon!)

7. French Toast Kebabs – these are a recent treat for the kids. Yes these ones include a serve of cucumber, which you’re welcome to include or you could switch the cucumber for banana or another breakfast fruit.
