While I’ve had a sore throat, I’ve been craving soothing meals. This beautiful breakfast bowl is one of the delicious creations.
The green smoothie base is not made with “traditional” green smoothie ingredients of kale or spinach. Instead, cucumber and avocado are combined together to create a refreshing, creamy and nutrient dense smoothie bowl.
The protein powder is optional. If you want to turn this bowl into a full meal and need the protein (plus the thickness that it delivers) then include it.
The green smoothie recipe base comes from my eBook – Low Carb Smoothies & Shakes – where I share tons of yummy low carb, keto friendly smoothie recipes.
