Sweet Potato Wedges

Sweet Potato Wedges

Sweet Potato Wedges Recipe and Video Tutorial

I really didn’t know whether to call this dish sweet potato wedges, chips or fries. (As you’ll tell from the below video!) As my knife skills don’t allow for the fine precision of fries and they are on the chunkier size, I went with wedges! Follow the same method for fries or chips, just cut them thinner!

These sweet potato wedges are so crispy and full of flavour that the whole family will adore them and you’ll be making batch after batch of the healthy chip alternative!
